If you cant find your answer in the knowledge base and you don’t want to raise a support ticket, come here and ask fellow users for guidance. Of course we’re here to help too and will also answer your posts, but if you want to raise your question directly to the Help Desk you now have lots of options to get hold of us, you can:

2. Give one of our friendly Help Desk Advisor’s a call on 0800 055 6586
3. Easiest of all click the Contact Support link below.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".
