Changing Personal Details on a User's Account

As an administrator you are able to update information on a user’s account.  Hover over the Menu, select Organisation and Users, click on the Users tab and locate the user you would like to update the information for.

Click on the Details tab.

You will be able to change the user's name and email address on this page.

Once you have updated the details, click on Save Changes

You can also change the Username from this page.  Please see the Update Login Details on a User's Account (Username) guide if you also need to do this.
