Amending Time Spent on an eCreator course

Users and administrators are now able to amend the time spent on an eCreator course, this can be used if you are having this activity sent you by email or print this out to read.

How to Amend the Time Spent - Users


Hover over Menu and click on My Activities.


View your completed tasks by clicking on Completed.  You can also narrow the number of results if you need to in the Completed screen by clicking on the eCreator link.


Click on the Completed status in the Progress column and click on the Completed link in the new box that appears.


Amend the Time Spent, add a Reflective Statement and click Save once complete.  This will now be updated in the CPD log.



How to Amend the Time Spent - Administrators

Hover over Menu and click Organisation and Users.

Click on the Users tab.


Search for the User.

Click on the link for their username, followed by the Activities tab on the left-hand side.  Refine the Activities by clicking on the Completed Activities link near the top of the screen.

  Click on the Completed status in the Progress column and click on the Completed link in the new box that appears.
   


Amend the Time Spent and click Save.  This will now be updated in the CPD log.
